What is Dakota Insights?

Dakota Insights is a powerful data analytics tool that translates EHS data collected from Dakota Software's ProActivity Suite (Profiler, Tracer, Auditor, and Scout) into actionable indicators for measuring EHS compliance and performance and identifying areas of operational risk. 

To begin, login to ProActivity and select the Insights button in the top navigation. 

1. Select a Dashboard from the menu on the left-hand side. Standard dashboards deployed will reflect your organization's ProActivity usage. 
   
2. Use Filters to segment dashboard insights and drive into data.
   

1. Hover on the dashboard scenario to see options including options to export data. 
   
2. Export data (including underlying table data) to .png, .svg or .xlsx file format, by selecting the Export icon and choosing your export format. 
3. For data tables, use the Export Data of Current Page or the Export Data of All Pages option to export the data.
4. To see the table data associated with any non-table scenario, first Expand the dashboard scenario using the Focus option to see additional options, including a Show Data option
