Export Dashboards and Insights

You can export the entire dashboard as PNG, or export individual scenarios. There is also an option to export as PPT , but currently that export does not default to a 16:9 aspect ratio which is ideal for direct use in a presentation, and instead the full dashboard export produces a long image similar to the PNG export. 

Export an entire dashboard

  1. Select the dashboard that you want to export.
  2. Click the Export option in the green banner at the top. 
  3. Select the Pages you wish to export and specify if you want each page as a separate file or not.
  4. Click OK. One or more image file(s) with the Dashboard Name(s) will be saved to your hard drive.


Export individual scenarios (non tables) as PNG, SVG, or XLSX

  1. Select the dashboard scenario for which you want to export insights.
  2. Click the Export icon.
  3. Select the export file type (selecting "Export Data" will export the underlying table data for the chart as .xlsx)



Export Table Data

Table data can be exported as either PNG image, an export of the current page, or an export of all pages in the current filter view.
