Incident Counts by Facility

Incident Counts by Facility

Clicking on either the Recordable or DART Incident Count KPI metrics within the Incident & Injury dashboard will access additional details and visualizations for incident counts on the Facility level.

  1. Recordable Incident Count: compares the number of Recordable issues for the selected date range, by Facility. 
  2. Days Since Last Injury by Facility: compares the count of days since the last recordable incident was generated by Facility.
  3. DART Incident Count by Facility: compares the number of incidents with lost time or restricted time for the selected date range, by Facility.
  4. Lost Time Severity Rate: compares the Lost Time Severity Rate (the Lost Time Day count, divided by the Recordable injury count) for the selected date range, by Facility.
