Synchronization with the ProActivity Suite

Dakota Insights synchronizes data collected from the ProActivity Suite into dashboards, KPIs, and Reports. This article clarifies what data is synchronized and how often.

Frequency

Data synchronization occurs every 4 hours (Eastern Time at 12:00 pm, 4:00 pm, 8:00 pm, 12:00 am, 4:00 am, and 8:00 am).

Items Details & Dates

Details and Date values from the following items are pulled from ProActivity products and modules for analysis in Insights.

  Profiler includes information related to Profile Completion (regulatory domains where applicability is unknown) that can be used to measure Regulatory Preparedness.

  Tracer includes information related to on-time completion of Tasks and Corrective Actions and can be filtered by Source, Priority, and Responsible Person(s). 

    Auditor includes information related to audit count, Status, and Red Flags across Regulatory Domains and can be used to measure audit program results.

   Scout includes information related to injury records, hours worked, and can be used to measure DART and TRIR and analyze injury types and safety trends.

 Dakota's Regulatory Library includes information related to regulatory domains that can be compared to audit results and compliance profile completion. 

Organization

Dakota Insights uses the Name, Region, and Business Unit properties for Folders designated as "Sites" within your ProActivity Organization hierarchy.

These folders are identified in ProActivity using the    icon (Note these icons do not appear in Organization filters in Tracer and Scout Views).

*The Name value (4) is also displayed next to the Facility Icon your ProActivity Organization Hierarchy.
