Synchronization with the ProActivity Suite


Dakota Insights synchronizes data collected from the ProActivity Suite into dashboards, KPIs, and Reports. This article clarifies what data is synchronized and how often.

Frequency

Data synchronization occurs every 4 hours (Eastern Time at 12:00 pm, 4:00 pm, 8:00 pm, 12:00 am, 4:00 am, and 8:00 am).

Items Details & Dates

Insights pulls values from ProActivity products and modules for analysis, including:

  Profiler for regulatory applicability review completeness and measuring Regulatory Preparedness; a high Applicable share means the compliance picture is current and trustworthy. A large Unknown share means compliance may be under-specified.

  Tracer includes information related to on-time completion of Tasks and Corrective Actions to enable early intervention on chronic backlog and prioritization of high-risk items before escalation. 

    Auditor includes information related to audit count, Status, and Red Flags across Regulatory Domains and can be used to measure audit program results.

   Scout includes information on various types of incidents, hours worked, and safety observations (BBS) and is used to analyze safety trends.


Organization

Dakota Insights uses the Name, Region, and Business Unit properties for Folders designated as "Sites" within your ProActivity Organization hierarchy. 

These folders are identified in ProActivity using the    icon.

*The Name value is also displayed next to the Facility Icon your ProActivity Organization Hierarchy. The site-level folder property fields also include a "Facility Name" property which is used for OSHA reporting. Insights however, utilizes the folder Name.
