Managing Organizational Activities and Assignments

The Home section helps users manage day-to-day organizational activities and stay on top of assigned work. From here, users can review upcoming inspections and tasks across their organization, monitor scheduled activity through the Organizational Calendar, and quickly access their personal assignments.

The Home page includes:

  • Organizational Calendar
  • My Assignments

Together, these areas provide visibility into both organization-wide activity and individual responsibilities.

Organizational Calendar

The Organizational Calendar provides a centralized view of inspections and tasks scheduled across your organization.

Users can use the calendar to monitor upcoming work, coordinate operational activities, and quickly access inspections and tasks that require attention.

From the calendar, users can:

  • View upcoming inspections and tasks across accessible facilities
  • Monitor scheduled activity across facilities
  • Toggle between weekly and monthly calendar views
  • Navigate between dates and time periods
  • Filter results by:
    • Facility
    • Assignee
    • Status
    • Type (Inspection or Task)
  • Identify overdue, upcoming, or recently completed work
  • Open an individual inspection or task to review its details
  • Start an inspection or update a task directly from the related record

The Organizational Calendar respects the visibility and permissions of the logged-in user. Users will only see inspections and tasks associated with facilities and records they have permission to access.



My Assignments

The My Assignments tab can be used to review a list of inspections and tasks assigned specifically to you. If you have upcoming or overdue inspections or tasks assigned to you, they will appear here. 

From My Assignments, you can:

  • View inspections and tasks assigned to you
  • Review due dates and statuses
  • Start or continue inspections
  • Update assigned tasks
  • Prioritize overdue or upcoming work

This area provides quick access to the work items that require your attention, helping you effectively manage your responsibilities from one place.
