Organizational Health

The Organizational Health dashboard provides key performance indicators (KPI) and visualizations that indicate overall “health” of organization processes and events. It is intended for your highest level users, such as Regional/Business Unit Managers and Executive staff, and designed to offer value & insights for compliance and continuous improvement within the EHS space.

The data display defaults to a rolling 12-month period, but can be customized to a user specified range. It also includes Filters for Facility, Region, and/or Business Unit.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

KPIs on the Organizational Health dashboard present at-a-glance information and can be used to drill down into related dashboards.
  1. DART Incident Count: number of incidents with lost time or restricted time.
  2. Completed On Time: percentage of tasks/corrective actions being completed on-time.
  3. Days Since Last Injury: count of days since the last recordable incident was generated as of the current date.
  4. Profile Completion: level of completeness of company site profiles; percentage of applicable domains compared to the total number of applicable and unknown applicability domains.
  5. Red Flag Audit Percentage: percentage of actionable audit findings to the number of items (questions) investigated.
  6. Days Since Last DART Injury: count of days since the last recordable incident containing lost or restricted time was generated as of the current date.

Total Recordable Incident Rate by Facility

Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) is one of the most common metrics utilized by the EHS industry.  The Total Recordable Incident Rate by Facility section of the dashboard is intended to provide insight as to whether the actions of the company are decreasing the number of reported incidents month-over-month.
  1. Visualization defaults to a display of the current 12-month period, however you can customize the date range via the Date Selection drop-down at the top right of the dashboard.
  2. Each X-axis point is a month (displayed as month and year)
