Scheduling an Inspection

Scheduling an Inspection

Once you have created at least one inspection template, you are ready to start performing inspections. To schedule an inspection you can click "Schedule Inspection" from the inspections page. This will bring you to the Inspection Templates tab where you can choose which template you'd like to assign.

To schedule an inspection, choose the template you want to use, and click "Schedule". You'll select the facility where the inspection will be performed and the inspector who will do the inspection. If the facility you selected has zones, you can leave the inspection general to the facility or specify which zones you'll be inspecting. Once scheduled the inspection will automatically appear as a "pending" inspection on your My Assignments Tab, the Inspections table, and Dashboard charts.
