Scheduling and Managing Inspections
Once you have created at least one
inspection template, you are ready to start performing inspections. To schedule an inspection you can click "Schedule Inspection" from the inspections page. This will bring you to the Inspection Templates tab where you can choose which template you'd like to assign.
To schedule an inspection, choose the template you want to use, and click "Schedule". You'll select the facility where the inspection will be performed and the inspector who will do the inspection. If the facility you selected has zones, you can leave the inspection general to the facility or specify which zones you'll be inspecting. You can make an inspection that occurs one time or set it to recur as a series. Once scheduled the inspection will automatically appear as a "scheduled" inspection on your
My Assignments Tab, the
Inspections table, and
Dashboard charts.
Once Inspections are scheduled, you can edit them if you need to. If an inspection occurs one time, you can convert it to a series. If an inspection is part of a series, you can edit each occurrence individually or edit the entire series using the "edit series" options.
