Reporting Incidents

Reporting Incidents

You can report an incident from any home screen or directly within the Incidents module by selecting Report Incident. This opens the Initial Incident Report screen.

  1. Choose the type of incident you’re reporting.

  2. Enter the basic details of the event.

  3. Click Submit to file the report.

Once submitted, the incident will appear with a status of “New.” At this stage, the report is considered officially filed and can be reviewed and completed by users who have permission to manage incidents.
